Does your little girl love to play with dolls? This blue pull-on dress has short puffy sleeves and elastic band around the arms and waist, orange ruffle details on the bottom, multi-colored heart shaped patch on the front, white attached apron with buttons. It has a Velcro closure in the back. Costume comes with matching white hat that has heart prints all over, matching orange ruffle detail on the bottom and elastic band around the head for perfect fit.
