Silky multi-colored dress features long sleeves, pom pom and bow details and a crew neck. Dress has Velcro closure on the back, polka dot printed ruffled hem on the bottom and attached hoop. The tall polka dot printed hat features blue silky feel ruffles and floral detail on the top.
