Rhinestone Top Hat

From the appearance, it is beautiful. But it is hard to, there is no give. Sits right on top of head , if you go to pull it down a bit it hurts your head . If you have a smaller then average head might work well for you , but I can see me only getting use out of it as a prop.

It's a really pretty hat with all the jewel-y rhinestones, and seems quite sturdy. Problem is it's just way too small. My hat size is about 7 1/4 (22.75" around) which is around average or just slightly above average, and this hat is way too tight to wear comfortably. It pinches in all the wrong places and gives an almost instant headache. I have a hat stretcher and spent several days trying to stretch this out a bit, but it's a very inflexible brim so doesn't really stretch that way. I was really excited to get this and wear it for fun occasions but now I'm disappointed and it seems like I'm just unable to use it due to its small size.

Great price & style 💯

This top hat has some heft to it. I was pleasantly surprised, since I've gotten low, costume quality accessories before. With this one, they made it like they meant it. I'm not saying it's made from luxury materials, but they did a good job.

The effect of the hat is somewhat dazzling, since the rhinestones are excellent at catching any lights as you move your head even slightly. My spouse and friends really enjoyed watching it.

Even with the elastic band on the inside (which can be helpful for fit), it's a bit big for someone with a small head. I just put a few foam hat reducer strips in there and it works fine. If your head is above average, it might be a squeeze; the hat is quite rigid.

If you want a nice, attention-getting top hat, this is a fun choice. Just note that it is heavy for a hat, so you might not want to wear it for hours at a time. I wore it on and (mostly) off for a day, and I wouldn't want to do that every day.

First off I was really surprised that the hat itself wasn’t a little felt thing with sequence glued to it. This is a real hat with hundreds or rhinestones stuck to it. The weight alone is something to take notice of. The hat also has an elastic band so it can stay on your head. The fit is good and it’s taller than it seams in the pictures.

Pros
It’s a good sturdy well made hat. The rhinestone feel really secure almost like you shouldn’t wear it. Like this would also be nice as a decoration for a shelf in someone’s background. Great value for money. The quality is great. The shine you get from the rhinestones is really pretty!

Cons
My only con is because its covered in rhinestones it might be something for special occasions. Store in a hat box.

Insanely shiny and "bejeweled!"

This thing is probably visible from space if you shine a light directly at it. Holy cow, if you want attention, this is the ticket. You can't be ignored while wearing it.

The stones are secured well and it doesn't look or feel cheap, it fits comfortably, but you better have a very small or small sized adult head. If you can put on a ball cap and the two Velcro straps aren't nearrly fully overlapping, then this won't fit you.

It's a little steep for the price tag, but that assumes there's a less costly alternative in the marketplace. I couldn't find one so I guess that's the cost the market will bear for this item.

Now if you'll excuse me, I've got to step out in style.

This is an expensive hat. I don't usually pay this price, even for everyday hats. And I was expecting it to a be a low-quality, overpriced costume hat, that might be worn a few times, perhaps for a theatrical production, and discarded. But I'm glad I ordered it, because it really is premium quality, as described.
It's a substantial weight, but not too heavy to wear - it's very comfortable, and the inside has a ring of elastic around the crown, for added long-wear comfort.
The circumference is 22 1/2" and fits me perfectly around the top of my forehead, but I got it for my husband - it's a tad small, sits a bit high, but it still looks great on him!

The rich red satin is quality fabric, and the underside of the brim, plus the lining in the crown are the same satin, not a cheaper version. The red rhinestones give it exquisite pizzazz, catching the light to add silvery sparkle.
The small brim is slightly upturned, and very sturdy, but I gently molded one side to curl a tiny bit more, and placed it tilted on my head - fabulous! I absolutely love this hat and wish I could wear it daily!
I got it to use as a base for adding more decorations for a Kentucky Derby party, but now I'm going to put the hot glue gun away, and find a way to make the decorations removable, so I can use it again for the 4th of July etc. Gotta get as much wear as possible out of this expensive beauty.
My husband isn't very into dressing up in flamboyant hats, so if he decides not to participate, I'm going to use it myself, and nix my original idea.

I’m not extremely satisfied with this. It is extremely heavy and a bit tight fitting. It seems to be high quality Not great for a stylish look but would work well in some type of stage show.

I am absolutely dazzled by the Dress Up American red rhinestone top hat. This gorgeous costume accessory is covered in red satin, and every inch is embellished with sparkly red gems. The inside hat band should allow for a correct fit, but it was too large for my head (petite woman). It was, however, a perfect fit on my adult son (average-size male). Who knew a red rhinestone top hat could bring such joy!

This sparkly black top hat is great for dancing or costumes. The construction seems to be plastic, as it is very stiff and sturdy; there is no give in this hat. It fits me perfectly and I have a big head, ha ha. Inside the hat is a soft band which softens the feel of the hat on the head. The one I got is black, which is versatile for many uses: cosplay, magic tricks, dances. Personally, I think the price point is a little high for a hard plastic hat, but I do like it and will be wearing it to several events in the future.

This rhinestone encrusted top hat is not a lightweight! It's got some heft to it, so I'm not sure what stamina will be required to keep it on for a good stretch of time. Middle son (11yrs) wanted a top hat and decided this was the look he was going for. Paired with a dark red and black paisley suit and he's channeling PT Barnum from The Greatest Showman. This may be an adult hat, but it's definitely for smaller adult heads. It's a smidge big on him, a bit tight on me, and only sits on top of his older brother's head. But it's just enough shine to add some pizzazz without looking like a disco ball. For simple play/prop needs, this hat (and it's price) are a little over the top, but if you're looking for a longterm costume/cosplay piece, it's worth the price, if it fits your head.

Wow!!!!!!! This hat is the definition of dopamine dressing! It’s bold, bedazzled, and makes a serious statement. The rhinestones cover the entire hat and give it that perfect “wow” factor. It’s a very cool, structured top hat—not stretchy at all. It fits tightly on my (average-sized) head, but it still works. It also fits my 8-year-old more loosely, so it’s surprisingly versatile.

What really impressed me was the durability. Despite a rough shipping experience where it was packed with a heavy metal item and got smashed, the hat popped right back into shape. For something so flashy, it’s built to last. Great value for the sparkle and sturdiness! 10/10

Nice option for Red Hat Society

Wow, this hat is impressive. It weighs much more than I expected, but that's understandable with the sheer volume of rhinestones covering it. Those rhinestones seem understated when you're holding the hat but reflect just enough light to be an eye-catching accessory. They also mean the hat is quite stiff, as otherwise the weight would collapse the whole thing.

There's an elastic band on the inside to help it fit most heads. Unfortunately, it's still a little too large even with that for me. I have a small adult head (not sure on size, but I need to buy Junior-sized bike helmets) and will need to do some adjusting to keep it from sliding down into my eyes all night. On the plus side, this means it won't squeeze uncomfortably anywhere! If you have a more "average" sized adult head, you'll probably be fine. I wouldn't suggest this for kids though.

The material on the inside and underside looks flawless and rich. I haven't noticed anything off about the rhinestone pattern, and the shape of the hat overall is good. I can't wait to wear this to a show and expect due to its sturdiness for it to hold up for a good long time.
