TURN FROWNS UPSIDE DOWN IN THIS POLKA DOTTED CLOWN COSTUME! The jumpsuit has an attached hoop at the waist and a polka dotted necktie. It is also adorned with flowers and patches. Also is designed with a blue collar and thick cuffs. The jumpsuit has a Velcro in the back for easy closing. Comes with a matching polka dotted foam top hat has a silky blue rim and an orange top.
