Headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, our office and warehouse are open 9-5 EST Monday through Thursday and Friday 9-12:30 EST. We ship via UPS and USPS. Turnaround time is approximately 2 days. If your order is in by 12:00, it can sometimes be shipped on the same day!
