Dress Up America offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We ship with UPS and FedEx Ground unless customer requests a different option.

 

Our shipping cost for each method is calculated based on the type and quantity of items that you order. Your shipping charges are added when your order is ready to be shipped.

The usual turnaround time for shipping orders is 2 days. Orders received before 2:00 p.m. EST can be shipped the same day, depending on the size of order. During peak season, shipping may take longer due to high volume of orders being shipped.

For orders over $1,500.00 paid within 30 days, we offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Orders that require freight LTL are shipped by reliable private truckers and palletized on skids.

3rd party billing is available for your convenience. Contact us with your account number to set up 3rd party shipping.
 

Dress Up America packages all orders with utmost care and we diligently endeavor to ensure prompt shipment at all times.
Mixed orders containing flat card stationery and other products will incur both a 1st item charge for the flat card stationery and the regular shipping charges outlined in the above tables for the other products. For example, an order containing flat card stationery and 1 T-Shirt will be charged $17.00 for Economy Shipping.

Duties and Taxes: Items shipped internationally may incur customs duties and import tax. Please note that additional charges for customs clearance may be collected and are the responsibility of the recipient. CafePress will charge your credit card in US dollars. We recommend you check with your credit card company regarding any charges you may incur for currency conversion. Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.

However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Large orders (100+ items), customs clearance, credit card authorization and verification, issues to designs or media may all delay delivery of your order.
